Jingo ("the App") is an AI-powered video creation tool developed to enable users to transform text prompts, static images, and other input forms into high-quality video content. This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Jingo mobile application (collectively referred to as "Services"). By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Jingo is designed to make professional video production accessible to all users, including content creators, marketers, and individuals creating content for personal enjoyment. The App leverages advanced AI models such as Sora-2 to generate visually stunning video content with realistic motion and detailed visuals, available in multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16) and customizable durations to meet diverse platform requirements.
Jingo is available for use by individuals of all ages, though we recommend that users under the age of 13 use the App with parental or guardian supervision. No account registration or login is required to access and use the basic features of Jingo, allowing for immediate and unrestricted access to the core video creation functionalities.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws and regulations. Jingo reserves the right to modify or restrict access to certain features at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to temporary service interruptions for maintenance or feature updates.
When using Jingo, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:
All videos created through Jingo remain the intellectual property of the user, provided that the content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. Jingo may use anonymized user data to improve the AI models and overall service quality, but will not use identifiable user content for commercial purposes without explicit consent.
Jingo operates on a coin-based system to access premium video creation features and extended video durations. Coins can be purchased through in-app payment methods available within the App, and their value is determined by Jingo and may be adjusted from time to time.
All coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. Unused coins do not expire, but may become invalid if your access to the App is terminated for violation of this Agreement.
You are responsible for all charges incurred through your use of the coin purchase features, including any unauthorized charges made by third parties using your device or payment method. Jingo is not liable for any unauthorized transactions, but will assist in investigating such incidents upon receipt of a written request.
Jingo provides an intuitive history feature that allows you to view, manage, and revisit all videos created through the App. You may download videos directly to your device's gallery for offline use and sharing across various platforms.
Jingo does not store your created videos on its servers for extended periods, and it is your responsibility to download and backup your content regularly. The history feature only retains metadata about your creations (such as creation time, aspect ratio, and duration) to facilitate content management.
You acknowledge that the quality of generated videos may vary based on the input prompts, image quality, and AI model limitations. Jingo continuously improves its AI algorithms to enhance video quality, but does not guarantee specific visual outcomes for any given input.
Jingo reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to AI models, available features, aspect ratios, video durations, coin pricing, and user interface elements.
In the event of significant service changes, Jingo will make reasonable efforts to notify users through in-app notifications or other communication channels. Temporary service interruptions may occur during maintenance or updates, and Jingo will aim to minimize disruption to users.
Jingo may discontinue the App entirely if necessary, in which case users will be provided with a reasonable notice period to download and save any remaining content stored in their creation history.
You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or share using Jingo, including ensuring that such content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jingo from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your creation or distribution of content through the App.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when using payment features to purchase coins, and to maintain the security of your device and payment methods to prevent unauthorized access to the App's premium features.
You understand that Jingo's AI models may generate content that resembles third-party materials, and it is your responsibility to review and ensure that your final video content complies with all applicable copyright laws and regulations.
Jingo provides technical support to users experiencing issues with the App through the designated contact email. Support requests should include detailed information about the issue, device specifications, and steps to reproduce the problem to facilitate efficient resolution.
Response times for support requests may vary based on the complexity of the issue and support volume, but Jingo aims to address all legitimate support inquiries within a reasonable timeframe. Technical support is provided on a best-effort basis, and Jingo does not guarantee resolution of all issues, particularly those related to device-specific compatibility or user error.
